Just noticed that there is a new firmware. I am on a 1G ipod on a mac, I use pwnagetool for all jailbreaks, so I am wondering these things:
    1. Should I use blackra1n to upgrade?
    2. Is it worth upgrading?
    3. Should I just wait?

i dont think it changes anything for an ipod, besides stopping our jailbreak.. i read the update log on the frontpage a while ago, and im pretty sure it only had iphone related things on it. I would just wait for 3.2 or 3.1.3 or whatever, something with some more meaning in the update lol

i upgraded to it and there is really not much of a difference between 3.1.1 and 3.1.2. if you don't want to have to rejailbreak on 3.1.2 just stick with what you've got for now and wait until there is a significant update. the only difference is that it might be just a tad bit smoother overall.
