    Hi i wondered if you jail break your ipot will it void your warranty?

    and also say when the new update come's out and i want to use it and i have

    jailbroken my ipot can i just restore it and use the new update or am i out of

    luck, someone please let me know thanks!

    Yeah it will, but i don't think that you'll have to worry about that as long as you don't tell the people you jailbreaked it, if you take your touch back .

    Yes, if you jailbreak, your warrantee will be voided. But when was the last time you actually had to use a Warrantee. I've never needed one, so I don't care.

    If you're worried about the updates, then do this. Wait. Inevitable, poeple will update their freed iPods and report what happens back to the rest of the world. If the prevailing conclusion is that there are no problems, then go ahead and upgrade. If not, then wait until someone breaks the new upgrade, update, then jailbreak again.
