I use one computer for my regular itunes usage, which has all my apps.
sometimes I would use another computer just to add another apps, but when I try to sync, it said itunes will replace apps on the ipod touch with apps from this specific laptop. does it really wipe all the apps on the touch?
is there ways to just add 1 app? thanks.

Only thing you can do is if you're on the same iTunes login you could home share if they're in the same place. Otherwise just download it on the other computer but you cannot add just one app...
