    I have a few Q's:

    1. Is JB'ing 1.1.3 easy and safe?
    2. Will apps work just as good on 1.1.3 as they did on 1.1.2? (Emulators, etc)

It is SUPER easy. Search www.youtube.com for "ipodtouchhacker" and watch his video guide on how to upgrade to a jailbroken 1.1.3.

It is definitely "SAFE". Possibly illegal - not sure if this is true or not, but don't worry about this.
Seriously, do NOT worry about this.

Approximately 85% of the apps that work on 1.1.2 work on 1.1.3.... This percentage will go up everyday though.

    It probably will.
Of course, it'd make sense for him to make it work with 1.1.3 if he plans on releasing it AFTER the 1.1.3 jailbreak has already been released.

iBrickr is downloading the Firmware, but it's been saying this:

    "Downloading...Please Wait
    98.6% Complete
    0 Min 1 Sec Remaining"

for the past three minutes. What should I do?

Hmmm. You're best off letting it do it's thing for another 5 minutes at least.

Well, you basically have to restart..

Why did you leave the program seconds after asking for help?...
