    Can I get the app store on my ipod touch and have it be fully functional

    Genius! If you upgrade to 2.0 and pay the $9.95 but currently there is no jailbreak for the latest 2.0 firmware. So you will have to make a choice between having installer and jailbroken 1.1.4 firmware or stock 2.0 with the app store.

    yes you can, but you will have to pay $9.99 or something to upgrade to firmware 2.0. Then you will have to make an iTunes account if you do not already have one. And then you will be able to buy the Apps from the AppStore when it is released.

    yep you can. when the 2.0 firmware comes out on july 11. it will come with the appstore, but it might not be able to be jailbroken
