Sorry to be a bug and a newb, but I got Ileberty, ( I need to Jailbreak my Ipod touch 1.14 without wifi on windows) I followed its instructions to unplug than plug back in, Itunes was open, a ton of text flowed through and than it went back to the menu, isn't there supposed to be an app or something there? Did I mess up. I really wanna get the NES emulator on there. Oh and all I did was pick stuff on standard, not on Advanced and Other tools.

    Thanx

you should see installer.app on the home screen.

If not, try ziphone. Dl at ziphone.org.

    Yes, I actually did it?!

When I try to download the NES Emulater it says can't find host do you need Wi-Fi for it? I also have another question do you need a wifi wireless router to get wifi, or can I just go to a place that has Wi-Fi and I'll have it for the time being?

    1. You need wi-fi for that.
    2. You need a router for your own wi-fi, but the iPod touch can access wi-fi wherever you are.

You can get NES on your iPod by using a USB SSH. Like Total Commander i think its called, Just search USB SSH on here and youll find someone.

Your school may have a MAC filter that only allows computers on, but it may not.
Burger King/Other Wi-Fi spots may work.

You can get it on your iPod without wi-fi though.

Simply go to http://web.mac.com/spoonforknife/Glossary/Total_Commander.html for shotgunfool's tutorial + links for Total Commander.

Then, once you have Total Commander set up, go to
    http://www.zdziarski.com/projects/nesapp/

Then click the download link that says
    NESapp-2.1.0.tar.gz

It will download the NES app to your computer.
You can then use Total Commander to get NES.app into your applications folder.

For a tutorial on NES check http://web.mac.com/spoonforknife/Glossary/NES.html for another tutorial by shotgunfool.
