i was just curious about anything else voip could be used for other than calling people from your itouch. i dont exactly know what voip is, but judging from what the tuts are saying i can do with it, im guessing you use an internet connection to call a number. i was also wondering whether it would be possible to make an app that could reconfigure the way the wifi antenna works to have it pick up phone signals so we could maybe turn an itouch into a phone.

As far as I know, it is just a wifi card, not an antenna and 'modifying' it would be SO hard. As far as making a WIFI card pick up PHONE signals, I would think you insane.
