I have two ipod Touches, both 2G. One is jailbroken on 3.1.3, and one is not jailbroken on 3.0

Could I possibly make a backup of my jailbroken Ipod, then put my not jailbroken ipod in recovery mode then back up my non jaibroken ipod with the backup I made? Just wondering, cause I don't feel like jailbreaking my ipod again and getting all the apps I have again...

Restoring a non-jailbroken iPod to the backup of a jailbroken one will not cause it to become jailbroken. You will have to jailbreak as usual. Also, an iTunes backup only backs up preferences and appstore game saves, not any applications themselves (especially not jailbroken apps, themes, or tweaks).

Exactly. Jailbreaking is not that simple.
