    Okay I have a question....
I downloaded QuickPwn and got that up and running but then it asks for the firmware I have and I have to browse for it. What is it asking for and where can I find it?

Did you press the Update button in iTunes and update your iPod touch or iPhone to Firmware 2.2 yet?

Okay, so when QuickPwn asks you to select the firmware file, does it show anything in the box beside the "Browse..." button?

Click "Browse", and find the iPod1,1_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw (most likely in the folder it opens to) file, and open it.

And it should be already detected by QuickPwn and listed in the text field beside the browse automatically.

Are you on Vista or XP?

Kiks, The firmware file is no longer auto-detected because people looking to pwn a lower firmware, but still having the newest firmware in their iPod Software Updates folder were never able to select the older one, so the dev team took that out in a quick update after the initial release.

Go to C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/iTunes/iPod Software Updates, and open the iPod1,1_2.2_5G77_Restore.ipsw file.
