    Hello everyone,
I've just seen the iPod Touch 2G technical specification and saw that the maximum height allowed is 10,000 feet.
    Does it include airplanes?
I am asking because I will fly in an airplane for about 5 hours in about a month and I would like to know if can I use my iPod there.

i dont know if that will include airplanes, because airplanes are pressurized. So i would say that it will be fine to use it in the airplane.

    Thank you.

No. It's because of the pressure; when you fly on an airplane, the pressure is near that of sea level. You can use it on an airplane safely.

It's more of a disclaimer. I have never heard of anyone who got their iPod/iPhone damaged from low pressure. Yeah, but it would be a good idea to leave it at home if you're going to go up Everest

Average Cabin Pressure would be ~8,000ft, so it's definitely fine.
