Can someone just give me the step by step directions? That`d be quite helpful. I`m really new with this whole jailbreaking iPod stuff.
    Sorry.

I have seen a download on Cydia for an iphone external speaker booster, but as I only have the ipod touch 2G, I'm unsure whether it works or not...

Get a Plist editor for your OS

    SSH to System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Celestial.framework/RegionalVolumeLimits.plist

Copy that out of your device

Open it up with the editor

Change all the 8.xxxx numbers to 1

    SSH it back

Lol, Cydia was giving me retarded errors and it kept telling me to "Ignore (Temporary) and I forgot the other option, it said it was a half-installed package. So I uninstalled it + re-installed it, and it installed fine this time, but there is no change in the volume. I downloaded the v2.2.1 VolumeBooster.
