    Download WinSCP on your computer.

Download OpenSSH and AutomaticSSH on your iPod Touch.

Check your IP address (can be found in SBSettings or on your computer)

    Input IP address into WinSCP.

Username is "root" and the password is "alpine".

Then, make sure Wi-fi and SSH are on. Click "Login".

(Sometimes it doesn't work so turn off wifi and SSH for a while then try again)

For some reason I thought that you use the SSH from the iPod and not from the computer, my mistake.
