I would really like to charge my iPod Touch thru a normal usb wall adapter, is this possible?
yes it is
which do u plan on using
First of all: Thanks for replying!
I'm not sure if this is the brand, but this is what on the charger:
Input: 100V ~ AC 0.4A 50/60Hz
Output: DC 5.0V --- 150mA < This is not much Please Register or Log in to view images

Yeah, 150mA isn't much but it'll get the job done. All AC USB Chargers should work with the iPod Touch and it's proprietary cable as it only has to transfer power, no data needs to be transfered so that is why you can do this and have been able to do with iPods for quite some time
Thanks for replying but when i open the battery info app, it tells me there is no incoming power...
That's odd, does it still charge it though? How old is this AC adapter of yours?
hey hey i need same thing but using PlayStation2 - i knwo it works for other ipods but not this one :S

I guess its pretty damn old... xD
Ill try to check if it is charging but not displaying it tomorrow Please Register or Log in to view images
that app is crap it doesn't tell you the exact % so it's easier telling how long you have by looking at the battery in the top right corner
usefull though, in a way
Is there any app that does show me the info correctly ?
