So either I'm kind of a noob, or it's impossibly hard to keep up with what's going on. So with this latest jailbreak method (http://www.slovix.com/touchfree/jb/) when it downloads the files and adds installer.app, it also adds the ssh thing right? What's it do, and is it possible to uninstall it (Or any application for that matter). Also, when installer.app is installed, does it fix the TIFF exploit? Does that mean that if a restore my iPot, I wont be able to rejailbreak it? Sorry for all my questions, I just want to be ready for this and dont want to completely screw up. Thanks in advance.

    1. It will install SSH
    2. SSH pretty much allows your iPod to be accessed remotely
    3. I think you can unistall with the installer.app/AppTap thing
    4. You can rebreak your restored iPod.

What do you mean I can access it remotely? And I know it can be rebroken after restoring, but since the new method seems to fix the exploit, does it make it un-rebreakable?

You can browse your ipods file structure via SFTP. Download an FTP client to do so.

Restoring will undo all changes, including the TIFF exploit fix.
