ok, this is probably stupid but i have been searching around and i couldn't find the answer..o well, here it is: i have a bnew ipodtouch 2g (1 day old) and i plan to jailbreak it or something so i can install custom stuff..when it is jailbroken, can i update it when apple releases new updates? are there updates for the jailbreaking softwares? can i update anything at all? i'm worried about non updatable firmware..

Don't worry you can update it.Although you will have to rejailbreak(i think), but when the jailbreak was release they said no matter what firmware was released it would always be jailbreakable "Pwned for life"
