On the News, Refresh and Save button, is it is UIButton in tableHeaderView or UIView?

If it was the UITableView's header, would it not 'float' above the UITableView as you scroll down?

I'd like to know this aswell.

I was under the impression it did?

I didnt get my phone to check... i assumed it stayed at the top while you scrolled. :/

If it does scroll, could it be part of the table itself? I know you can insert UIButtons into tables via Interface Builder. So thats what they could have done.

To my knowledge, the 'tableHeaderView' does not float above the table, but scrolls with it. If you need to display something on top of the table no matter the scroll position, tweak the frame of the table view to make room for a subview.

The tableHeaderView is the same thing as the 'a', 'b', 'c' bars in the music app etc. isn't it?

    No, that's just indexed.

    EDIT: here's what that is:
    [objc]- (NSString *)tableView

    UITableView *)tableView titleForHeaderInSection

    NSInteger)section; [/objc]

the table header view is what it says it is, Its a header that lies above the table.

The question is, does the header scroll with the table? Its seems all of us are too lazy to check

Is that not the same as what the OP is asking about?

The tableViewHeader scrolls with the tableview. If the OP wants a view to remain visible no matter the scroll position he should see my other post in this thread.
