Ok so I remember back then for example if I click the home twice I would get a mini media player to play or stop music. Now when for example no music is playin it would take me to the Home, Search, or Music which is a hassle cause if for example youre playing a game on an app and you want music I can't do it now. I went to the General>Home>iPod but there is no option for double click to mini player. How do i get the mini Player to show even if im not playing music like the iPod used to be able to do?????!?!??!

Nope, it'll only appear when you're playing music.
If you want to play music while in an app or a game, just start the music before.

In Settings > General > Home, make sure you have iPod controls on.

Turn it off then reboot then turn it back on and that should work
