Question About Syncing a jailbroken ipod

    if u sync your jailbroken ipod touch on itunes so you can transfer music and etc, will the jailbreak disappear? OR will it just disappear when u restore the ipod?

    It won't disappear if you sync but if you restore or update, it'll go away.

    Kerrigan is correct. A jailbroken ipod acts just as a regular ipod, but restoring with itunes will make you start from scratch, and lose your jailbreak

    is the music and app. will dissapear or not?

    When I try to sync the iTunes freezes. Can I still sync my iPod touch 2.2 g1?

    Wait, so if you update it, like from 2.1 to 2.2 or something you will lose the jailbreak?
