    Hi!

I've had 1.1.3 now for almost a week. I did the JB and all works, thanks!

Just a little tiny thing is bothering me... I've got no custom apps on the springboard and when I ssh into my iPod I see all my older apps in a symbolic link and the 1.1.3 inside the 300Mb limited default application folder. (meaning two separate application folders)

is there a way to move the 1.1.3 apple applications to my previously linked application folder and also having all my apps to show up again?

thanks, I did read the boards before posting....I found something called bosstool, but I'm not sure it'll make my old custom apps reappear.

    thanks!

Amazing what a Search would have found you.

    ok, enough of the lecture......

I found this, but I am not a pro symlinking, but it looks like what you are after. I also dont know if this is the correct method to undo the old symlink AFTER you have jailbroken:

I would just Delete the Applications folder under /private/var.

    THEN Re-Install BSD Subsytems.

THEN Download BOSS TOOL .35 from installer (sleepers.net/iphonerepo)

THEN USE Boss Tool to have it move (in this order)
    Ringtones
    Fonts
    Applications

Don't try to move all the applications from the old symlink to the media partition, it's a hage undertaking and the applications make not work the way you like them.

There is a couple of Threads on here about applications that work (or don't work) with 1.1.3.

Your best bet is to start from scratch with the applications.

If you have any more questions, let me know.
