I purchased a pair of Sennheisers CX300 about 2/3 months ago from Amazon, and the left earphone seems to have stopped working.

After reading over the Amazon page again, I noticed there was a 2 year warranty for the CX300.

So my question is, who/where do I contact in the UK to replace this pair of headphones?

    Thanks in advance!

Luckily I got mine from Amazon, contacted them after calling Sennheiser, and they've sent out a replacement, free of charge. There's a two year warranty on them, so it's really good. I suggest anyone else who has a pair set from Amazon try contacting their support, really fast as well. The delivery's apparently going to take 8 days though, starting from today; and of course, you have to return the old ones with the packaging they provide I believe.
