So, I used iFunBox to copy them back over. There's only one problem: The filenames are like the following:

    Code:
[Alison Krauss][I Know Who Holds Tomorrow][Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven].m4a

How do I import these into iTunes, preserving album structure?

Your probably going to have to edit every since song title...
That's the only possible thing I can think of.

Hmmm... if you have access to a Mac, you can use Senuti. It arranges it into the proper folders so you just drop them into the iTunes music folder and next time you open iTunes all of your music will be back to normal.
