I've been experimenting with my ipod touch 2g since I jail broke it earlier this week. I've been trying my best to change themes using winterboard by downloading themes from cydia and enabling them.

For every single theme that I've downloaded and enabled from there, all of the icons change (and wallpaper, etc) according to the description except for the Music and the Video icons. Every single theme i've tried, this has happened for.

I don't know if it's because this is a 2g ipod touch and i'm assuming the software wasn't designed for it?

Anyway, if anyone has any idea what I can do to make this work, I'd appreciate it.

try downloading MobileMusicPlayer Flip from cydia.
what it does is it combines Video And Music into one icon and usually there is themed icons for this.
    hope this helps =]

ScribeOne's correct, and the reason is that many themes were made for iPhones and include an "iPod" icon instead of the separated Music and Videos.
