iOS 4.0 Question about jailbreaking iOS 4 3GS

    Is this for the new bootrom 3G ?

    the bundles are for pwnagetool. not redsn0w. redsn0w has to be specifically recompiled for any specific OS

    Yes these are...

    Does this mean that you can't just add the 4.0 bundles to the Redsn0w app and then it should work correct..?

    I havent tried it but I wouldnt have a problem trying it.. I have an old bootrom 3GS so all is good and ready to go.

    The bundles are to create a custom firmware for the 3GS using PwnageTool. You have to update using the custom firmware from an already jailbroken 3.1.3 3GS.
