Question about jailbreak

    i am thinking about jailbreaking my ipod touch, but with all the talk about the warranty being destryoed and all that, idk waht any of that means can some one fill me in on what is going to happen if i do jailbreak my ipod touch (with regards to the warranty)

    it will probably be vioded but you can always restor to factory settings so if you want to return it you can just go back to factory settings

    Its only voided if they know you jailbroke your ipod. if you need to return it for some reason, try to restore it.

    If I jailbreak my iPod touch I don't have any warranty at all? But if I restore my iPod before I send it in for service - they can't know I jailbreaked it? Or can they see that?

    most likely they cant see it because it restores all factory settings and wipes everything so i dont think they will be able to tell
