Would it be in anyway beneficial to let the battery run out every day then charge it fully during the night? Would that help my everyday battery life and overall lifespan?

no try keeping the battery over the 10% warning...for example put it on charge when it warns you that there's only 20% left

let it completely run down can (!) harm the Li-Ions capacity

just use it every day that's the best for the battery, don't let it stay there and do nothing with it - THAT would harm the lifespan
