Hello! I have not upgraded to 3.0 yet because I want to clarify something first. Am I correct in assuming that I will lose information in applications I have downloaded? For example, I'm using "Lose It" for calorie counting and fitness. Am I correct in that I will lose all the information I have entered such as custom foods, exercises and all the history it already has?

    Thanks!

Nope, the update doesnt restore and reinstall your apps, it simply overwrites the old firmware, so all of your old apps and their settings are unaffected

No, actually I believe that it will affect your apps. I'm not sure, but I am willing to bet it does.

Edit: I just checked. It does delete all of the saved data for your apps. I just checked with Tap Tap Revenge: Coldplay. You unlock songs, and I had the game completely beat. Now, none of the songs are completed. So yeah, it deletes it.
