Well first of all, Pwnage if mainly for creating a custom firmware, which will also jailbreak the iPod as well using that firmware. Ziphone is good, but it's mainly for iPhone. I would have to say jailbreak using iLiberty. It's simple and quick if your new to the whole process, and you can upload custom payloads when you jailbreak. In other-words, if you have apps that you've downloaded, you can install them on jailbreak. I use custom payloads for preloading installer sources and terminal utilities, but that's just me.

Im not new to the process, but I was kinda late to jailbreaking. First time I did it was when 1.1.2 was new. But im tired of carrying around my touch everywhere and my phone. With the release of the new iphone I want the current iphone so I can use it with my tmobile. I dont need 3g, I just use my wifi. I have iLiberty, pwnage tool, and ziphone. I used iLiberty to jb my touch.

If you're looking to jailbreak an iPhone, just use Ziphone. It's probably a lot easier.

    Ziphone works. Guaranteed.

Winpwn is still beta. Pwnage works but its much more complicated and takes too much time. You choose.

there are a lot of bugs to still work out with winpwn,

i reccomend ziphone. the new version is even better then the last with a pre downloaded BSD subsystem youtube fix and one other i forget. i have used ziphone and it works great!

pwnage is a lot more work and ziphone is fast and simple!

    take your pick!
