I have an app, its called Falldown, you might know it from TI-83 calculators. Anyways, I want to put this app onto Cydia through the Modmyi repo. I have the app in .ipa format and a Falldown.app folder. I can install it just fine on my iPod through iTunes, but what do I have to do to put it on Cydia? on Modmyi it says to submit a package, do I put the folder there or what? on Modmyi they have a tutorial on making your own repo, but thats not what I want to do, i just need the package.

Any help would be great, thanks.

That's not his point. In this case it would make for sense to contact the maintainer of the ModMyI repo.
