Drag the Movies onto your Touch in iTunes.

Make sure you have the "Manage songs and videos manually" setting or whatever it's called checked when you click on your iPod in iTunes.

You probably need to go under movie tab on the ipod page in itunes and check the box that says sync movies.

    Device:
    iPod touch
    Open iTunes.
Select your iPod Touch from under Devices in the left hand menu.
You should see the Summary page.
    Select the Movies page.
Put checkmarks next to the ones you want to sync.
Hit apply/sync in the bottom right hand corner.
