Hey, I just got a replacement for my iPod Touch 4g and I think all of the problems are solved.

I tried to move all of the data to the new one and I put backup, but the old apps that I have aren't on there and there's only about 1/3 of them.

    HELP PLEASE !

Check if they're in iTunes and they haven't been synced.

If they're not, then just go into your Account settings, and view your Purchase history. You should be able to download them again from there.
