Is anyone having this problem? I don't get anything pushed to be except emails. push notifications like notifications of aim messages and facebook changes do not show at all. I can't find anything of this sort anywhere, except for on hacktivated iPhones.

any ideas as to what's wrong?

(running iOS4 jailbroken with multitasking and wallpapers enabled.)

Did you make sure they're enabled in Settings?

Hmm... maybe you don't get notification for apps that are open in the multitasking dock. Just a thought as nothing else really comes to mind.

well it's aim. aim is not multitasking compatible so it wouldn't be open once i left the app.

Hmm that's weird. The only thing I can think of is that something from Cydia creates a conflict.

    Does everything else give notifications?

just my :2cents: but I believe there is a push notifications app in cydia. It's made for the 4.0 update. I believe other users were having issues with the notifications, so a app was made and is available in cydia.
