Push mail from gmail...

    when i used OS 2.2.1 on my ipt2g i configured my gmail account and when i get mail it was updated automaticly...
    on OS 3.0 it's dose'n update automaticly...
    why?

    i didnt use "update envey 15 minuts" or someting like this...

    just go into settings then into mail and press fetch new data

    What Rich5150 said. If it is already at fetch new data, you could not be waiting long enough or you dont have mail. Send yourself mail from another email on your PC then see how long it takes to receive the mail. Should take less than 15 minutes.

    I have Gmail and it works just fine...
    But I have it set to fetch data every 15 minutes.

    You could always just jailbreak and install the pushmod, instead of having to wait like 15 minutes before it fetchs new data it does it every minute *shrugs* thats what im doing till push comes out

    well after it goes to sleep and the wifi kicks off it stops checking once every minute and only starts again when i bring my touch out of sleep. so its not really all that bad. besides its only temporary till they finally let us have push for gmail.
