There might be an app coming out that lets you have Push Gmail.
I use Gmail everyday so I'm excited for this

Not so. Currently you have to set your iDevice to fetch your gmail. This wastes battery if you need regular syncs.

Push gmail would set the server to push your emails to your iDevıce, meaning instant email updates and less battery drain.

Not so 'idiotic' when you think about it... next time try reading the actual article before you post please...

I would love it. However, it is not free.

This seems like a good idea. Personally while I would love to get the app, I wouldn't based on the fact that you still need to use the default E-mail app. This would ruin my theme

If the app also served as a mail reader (similar to the hotmail app) then I would consider buying it. Until then, I'll stick to fetch...
