Purple Screen?

    During my update for version 3.0 beta 2 on my ist gen iPod touch, i got a purple screen. Wut in the world does this mean?

    It simply signifies a developer build; if you send the 3.0b2 iBSS and executes it, your screen turns pink/purple.
    If you send a stock iBSS and execute it, your screen turns white.

    In DFU mode...

    I had messed something up will I was updating so I had to use DFU mode and insted of the background being black it was either purple or pink.

    another question... how come i cant connect with youtube??

    I don't believe that Youtube works at all yet, although I've never tried it.

    I don't know why everyone says YouTube doesn't work. Works perfect here.

    Try setting you device up as a new ipod. Works every time for me

    I have set up my iPod as a new iPod.. No YouTube for me...
