The infamous Purchase button in iTunes after upgrading to 1.1.3 for the new apps went missing a couple hours ago...but I am getting reports that it has returned...killing any hope we had of getting them for free....oh well. Nice going Apple.

There users were experiencing problems, some would buy it and have nothing happen.

apparently, if you have bought it (the itouch) from an apple retail store and buy the apps, then call customer servicces, and make a WAAAAAAAY big deal about it complaining, they send u $20 vouchers (£13 here in england)

    It's strange...

Apple made this move to make some money, but now the button to buy the darn thing isn't even there.

Doesn't make sense if you ask me.

From what I hear now, it keeps appearing and disappearing, what the conditions are for this to happen on your iTunes, I do not know. I am still running on 1.1.2 so I am just gathering this information from the various websites, and Apple.com Discussion boards.
