I have a 4G Ipod Touch, and although I am putting the roms in the right folder, they aren't showing up in the emulator? I have several other emulators such as snes, mame, genesis and do not have this problem, it's just with the psx emulator. Thanks!

Are they in a compatible format?

There's a PSX emulator? PLAYSTATION 1? Wow, emulators are certainly progressing, i can finally play Parasite Eve on my iPod LOL.

Are you putting the ROM's in the correct place? If it follows the usual emulator standard, goiong on the app will tell you where the ROM folder is located. Also, does it say anywhere on the emulator what files it supports? Maybe it isn't supported.

yep, definately putting it in the right place. It apparently supports .bin which is what the roms I am using are?

every roms i downlaoded FROM the psx4all emulator become corrupted before they finished (without telling me ), plus it doesnt see .zip/rar/7zip file better be sure to ssh a .iso

    as for the directory /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/PSX

has this been updated to the latest OS, or is it a beta? Maybe it isn't supported yet.

Also, have you installed the BIOS? Most disc emulators require this, but i dont think this will cause the ROM's not to appear...

yep I also did that. But with GPSPod the roms showed up but I just got an error saying I need a bios. With PSX4All, I didn't even get that far because it never shows any roms.

They aren't ROMs, they're disk images, or dumps from the disks. If it isn't an .iso or .img, make sure that all of the files that were taken from your own disk are included in the folder.
