I've been fooling around with nintendo emulators for a long time now, I know that the games are "roms" and what not.

correct me if im wrong, but dont psx emulators use iso files of games?

how would i put ffVII on my ipod when it's released? since nearly all final fantasy games have multiple discs. could I get past disc one?

If you use an emulator like ePSXe then it as an option for "Change disc" with I'm sure he will put in the program once he makes it. But if it doesnt then you would have to do disc by disc.

My question is, is what kind of files will the emulator read because many read iso, cue, bin, ccd, and img. So I'm curious as to which I'm going to have to convert to. Anyone know?

They will probably be in the .iso format.

When the emulator is released, and I know for sure, I'll post a guide on ripping them.
