    Hello,

i am going to buy an ipod touch soon. But before that, i have a question.

I am forced to use a proxy server. As far as i have read, it is possible to set up a http proxy server in the ipod touch configuration menu.

But what about 3rd party apps, like installer, mobilecast, etc. that need an internet connection. Will they work with the proxy i set up in the wifi-configurations?
