I was wandering some things about 3.0 jailbreak before I try:

1.) What some of the pros and cons of upgrading to 3.0 on the iPod Touch 2g and jailbreaking it?

2.) Also is the redsn0w jailbreak the best option and is it fully untethered?

3.) If redsn0w's not the best which is?

4.) Does redsn0w 0.7.2 require Internet to work?

    Thanks in advanced!

    1. Themes, emulators, customization
Look here for some good apps
Cons- some people might tell you that you lose your warranty or that it can "brick" your iPod, but you can always restore or "unjailbreak" if you have a problem, and a dfu restore will always work because it is hard wired
    2. Look in my sig

    4. Yes, but use 0.8

Okay since it requires Internet for redsn0w and I only have it on my iPod Touch is there a equivalent alternative? Also I thought 0.8 was for iPhone 3g?

    0.8 does everything.
