    Does it still flash the NOR with jailbreaking? If it does then disconnecting it while it's flashing.

    even if you did that a DFU restore would fix it

    A DFU restore will fix everything. You could even delete the var section I believe while SSHing and still DFU as it is hardware, not software enabled.

    Dev team has tried to actually brick ipods and iphones and it is not possible.

    So you really have no problems unless your home or power button is broken.

    It's been a while since I went into all the technical stuff with jailbreaking so thanks for the answers. I've been mainly focusing more on developing.

    I jb mine and so far no regrests whatsoever. Although I kinda had a lag issue with winterboard but now its fine.
