After drying out in rice for 2-4 days and charging it I have finally got it to work

    There are however problems.

    1) The screen is all bubbly, anyone who has previously had water damage will know what I mean.

    2) Wifi is showing as 'No Wifi'

    3) Screen can be unresponsive.

Thats all I can see so far.

I think for 1 time will just heal that.

Im thinking a simple reset will solve 2 and 3 BUT if it doesnt solve 2 it means no SSH so I would rather just leave it as it is.

    I hope that makes sense

Lets just say little brother and potty.

New problem, Quite a big one. iPod unrecognisable by computer. I could do with a quickish answer as to weather to restore. Thanks again

Well the hardware is damaged, just like dropping a phone into the water. Its on the inside so I dont really think u can fix it urself. If u still have the warranty I suggest u use it.

    Water damage is usually permanent

If you tried the rice method (which you said), that is all you can do.
Sorry, but pee-pee destroyed your iPod. :O

If your willing to take apart your iPod, then i may have a solution.
I heard once (idk wether its true or not) that you can take the screen out - to avoid further damage to it - and put the rest of it in pure distilled water, as it will take out all of the nasty pee. Then leave it in airing cupboard, in rice.

Dont ask me where i heard it from, id do some research before doing it
