    Hi--
I'm using Format Factory to convert some of my old mkv anime files to mp4's for my iPod Touch. I'm having a problem though. When I transfer the files to iTunes, I find that the run time on the file is double (i.e.: if the ep is 24 min, it shows as 48 min long). The episode also runs twice, but on the 2nd time through, there is no sound.

This has to be an iTunes issue as the files work fine with other media players.

Any suggestions? I'm ready to tear my hair out

I have the same issue when converting dvd > mp4 using FF. It works great, but the files are double in size because there are actually 2 copies of the video.. one with audio, one w/o, all merged in one file.... was hoping 2.30 would fix but does appear so...
