I have a copy of Firmware 2.0 for my 8GB iPod Touch, but for some strange reason the .ipsw shows up as a folder and it will not let me add it to iTunes when I press option+command and click update. Any ideas?

Yeah but the problem is when I am in the menu to select what file I am going to use to update it shows the .ipsw as a folder and I am unable to use it.
