Problems downloading apps

    ok. So I was just trying to add some apps on my 2nd generation iPod but when I got them off the apps store, instead of loading like they usually should, I kept getting pop ups saying "authoization failed - please connect to iTunes". I don't know why it's doing this and it's never done it before. I have full strength wifi and the apps have never not downloaded before. Someone wanna help me figure out what's going on and why it won't work please? Thanks!

    connect to itunes and in the top right corner select store and then authorize computer . i think

    You need to authorize the computer by making an iTunes store account
