Problem with setting up email - please help!

    When we try to enter in an email app - regardless of what email we try - it tells us username or password is incorrect - but they work on the our computer. HELP!!!!

    Make sure POP/IMAP is enabled in your email service's settings.

    can't figure out how to enable POP/IMap. Still telling us "Cannot Get Mail" username or password is incorrect. Just doesn't make sense.

    You need to go to whatever your provider is (e.g. GMail) and log in online and go into settings and enable POP/IMap.

    Thank you for the information. But apparently we can not enable POP/IMAP on Yahoo since we only have the free account. So... I guess we are out of luck.

    I'm not sure about Yahoo! but for Gmail, the two accounts that I've set up for viewing in the iPod touch are doing just fine... And Gmail is also a free account, btw...

    Thanks for the info - we switched to gmail and everything works great!
