    Hi there guys,

    I am playing around with creating some of my own custom levels. I have created two so far and the first one works fine and has no probs at all.

    The problem arises when I try to load the second level... When you finish the first level, instead of going to the 2nd level the game shows a screen with nothing on it apart from my Summerboard background, you can draw on this screen but there are no other objects on it.

    I'm thinking this could be a mess up in my levelpack file? Here is the code for it...

    Any help would be appreciated!

    well for one, you have level one loading twice. I had the exact same problem as you once, and it was because I was missing one "dict" line in my code. I will take a better look at your code tommorow when I am in front of my pc. Post your level2 code.....

    After a quick look, I can spot 2 problems here:
    Code:
    <key>color</key>
    <integer>0x[B]G[/B]F4621ff</integer>

    Colors must be in hexadecimal notation, which is composed from digits of 0-9 and A-F, that "G" over there is a problem...

    Code:
    <key>points</key>
    <array>
    <array><real>100</real><real>380</real></array>
    <array><real>100</real><real>0</real></array>
    <array><real>80</real><real>0</real></array>
    <array><real>80</real><real>380</real></array>
    [B]<array><real>80</real><real>380</real></array>[/B]
    </array>

    Duplicated points may lead to some problems too...

    I'm not sure if the color problem could be the show-stopper, or if there is something else...

    Got it to work finally... the problem seemed to be because of my background image that I made with photoshop... when I looked at the file it was an "Adobe Photoshop JPEG" as opposed to my now working background which is just a "JPEG Image"

    If you see your summerboard background its because there is a problem with your background file. In this case yours was .jpg in other cases it will most likely be because you have the background file named wrong etc.
