I know this is an itouch forum, but my friend has an iphone and he had recently dropped it on concrete and it did not have a case on it. After that the dock icons don't work, they wont even jiggle when he tries to rearrange them. They 0 number doesnt work. but he can slide to unlock it. He has restored it twice, turned it off and on, and all of that stuff. Anyway does anyone know how to fix it??? If you do THANKS. because hes been w/o a phone for like 3 weeks.
Sorry to say but not the right section. Try Ipod General Chat. It sounds bad though, could your friend take it to an Apple store?
yeah i think that he is bringing it to apple store today, and oh i didnt know about sections ok...i guess ill go fix that.
Sounds like there's something wrong with the bottom of the screen, like the bump caused the inside of the dock to rise into the screen...The Apple Store will know what to do. and don't mix up with AppStore LOL
