I have a 2nd Gen ipod touch, recently upgraded to 3.0. I use a yamaha yds-10 dock to play music through my stereo and to also charge the ipod. After upgrading to 3.0, I have been having a problem with the built in speaker. When I remove the ipod from the dock, the speakers are disabled b/c the ipod "thinks" it's still connected to a dock. I can plug in the headphones and they play, but once I unplug, it is silent again. Right now to fix, I do a hard shut down (?) ie: hold the power button until the red slider appears. After restarting, the built in speaker works fine. This is more of an annoyance than anything else. Just wondering if there is some setting adjustment I need to make, or just a lot of restarting in my future...this did not happen prior to the upgrade to 3.0. Thanks.
