    I have iPod Touch 3G.
    I have 3.1.2 jailbroken with blackra1n.
I want to install app that need 3.1.2 so in cydia i found "firmware app 3.1.3, a app that virtually made 3.1.3
I install it and they want me to reboot.
After i reboot, iPod doean't start and when i start blackra1n i see error that never saw before:
The program can't start because ASL.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.
So, i try to restore 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 but iTune shows error 3194 (iTune 9.1.1)
I remember that before doing that stupid reboot, in cydia i see that sentence: This device had ShSh on site for 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3
    Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee help me.

Problem solved as easy as you can imagine.
Just run blackra1n from \program files\common files\apple\ not anywhere else
