Problem 2.2.1

    I can't download the 2.2.1 firmware (original). It download a .zip folder to my computer but no .ipsw.

    Could you help me?

    It show me a lot of DFU files but no .ipsw files!

    Then you are on a mac then. Just get firefox and download it with that. Safari unzips it automatically which isn't good.

    download it with itunes -.- then find itunes folder and will be in there

    do not use Internet Explorer. its pure crap when it comes to downloading stuff. use Safari or Firefox.

    if your on mac rename .zip to .ipsw i had the same prob
